Case Study - U Club Townhomes

The Challenge

American Campus Communities was building a new, luxury housing complex for students in Oxford, Mississippi. They needed to promote the U Club Townhomes property in the community and lease units before the construction was completed.

The Solution

The temporary leasing office was housed in a former Pizza Hut location. FASTSIGNS® helped transform the space to portray the property’s modern branding and amenities.

On the outside of the brick building, durable vinyl graphics were used to create a stencil of the logo, which was then spray painted white. To hide an old cooler beside the building, FASTSIGNS wrapped the structure with vinyl graphics to match the brick and display branded designs promoting the new student community.

Inside of the office, images of what the complex will look like once it’s completed are displayed using acrylic stand-off displays so that prospective tenants can visualize what their apartment will look like. Floor plans, community maps and amenities are also displayed on wall signs. To demonstrate the units’ high ceilings, vinyl graphics are placed on the walls and cabinets. Walls are also wrapped with creative wallpaper and branded lifestyle images to enhance the décor, appeal to students and promote school spirit.

The Result

The U Club Townhomes was able to promote and display what students’ life would be like in the community, and sign leases for the following year before its completion.
