Owned by Norm and Sylvia Belle and Barb Belle-Plutko, FASTSIGNS® of Pittsburgh-City/South received a Pinnacle Club Award which recognizes the 100 U.S. centers ranked 26-125 in sales volume between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018.
