FASTSIGNS® of Fort Wayne, IN - South, a locally-owned and independently operated sign business located at 6646 West Jefferson Blvd, is now open for business under the direction of Sarah and Russ Fleeger.
As new franchisees, Sarah and Russ will both be involved in the business planning while Sarah will run the day-to-day operations as the center’s General Manager. Sarah is a lifelong educator with experience in Elementary education and most recently Special Education. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Russ is a Finance Executive and current CFO of an Indiana-based medical device company.
Rounding out the team will be Jeff Anderson and Angie Fleeger. Jeff is a Graphic Designer with several years of design experience in the sign industry. Angie Fleeger will assume the role of Visual Communications Specialist. She brings to FASTSIGNS many years of sales & customer service experience in the event & wedding industry in Northeast Indiana.
Sarah & Russ chose Fort Wayne to start their business because it is a vibrant, growing city with a significant amount of recent business investment. With Russ’s connection to the city, and after living in Japan for six years, they decided they wanted to fully invest in their hometown.
“We looked at several business opportunities and focused on those that were less cyclical and performed well during the pandemic,” said Russ Fleeger, “Also, FASTSIGNS, by far, had the most positive and supportive environment and happy franchisees.”
